ONDA Sake

We created the entire brand from strategy through to final execution.

Born from Italian warmth and Japanese refinement, ONDA sake offers more than just sake: we offer a ritual, a gesture, a shared moment. Crafted with care using premium Italian rice and longstanding Japanese specialty brewing methods, each bottle is an invitation to slow down and savour the moment as much as the drink.
We believe in the art of dining, in long conversations at golden hour, in the beauty of everyday gatherings.
Our sake flows at the crossroads of culture and creativity. Refined yet soulful, nostalgic yet vibrant. Designed for those who seek meaning, beauty, and connection.
ONDA sake is a sake for a modern conviviality.
Where every sip is a story, and every table a celebration.

ONDA Sake

The name “ONDA” meaning “wave” in Italian, reflects a sense of flow: drinks flowing, time flowing, moments flowing. Never static, always in motion, it extends beyond the product to capture the essence of shared experiences, memories, and the rhythm of life itself.

ONDA Sake is born from the abundance of the waters of Vercelli, Italy, nurtured by its rich natural surroundings, and organic Italian rice grown in the Baraggia region. Baraggia is the only area in Italy recognized for producing D.O.P.-designated rice. This unique rice represents an ideal raw material, capable of revealing new potential in the making of Sake. The soft, mineral-rich water of Vercelli draws out the rice’s natural flavor with clarity and elegance. By uniting these gifts of nature with the traditions of Japanese sake-making, ONDA creates a singular expression of craftsmanship. It flows across cultures and celebrates the art of slowing down.
